Yokohama City is promoting the formulation of the 3rd Health Yokohama 21-Yokohama City Health Promotion Plan, Dentistry Oral Health Promotion Plan, and Shokuiku Promotion Plan.
In formulating the plan, we have compiled a draft.

3rd Health Yokohama 21 (draft)

◆　Purpose of the formulation
　　This is a guideline for comprehensive health promotion centered on prevention of lifestyle-related diseases, one of the biggest health issues for Yokohama citizens.
　　Based on the "Municipal Health Promotion Plan" based on the Health Promotion Act, the "Dentistry Oral Health Promotion Plan" based on the Ordinance on Promotion of Oral Health in Dentistry, Yokohama City, and the "Food Education Promotion Plan" based on the Basic Law on Shokuiku.

　　12 years from Reiwa 6 (2024) to Reiwa 17 (2035)

◆　Basic Philosophy

　　Health promotion throughout the life we work together
