The 5th Yokohama Gender Equality Action Plan

We devised the fifth Yokohama-shi gender equality action plan with five years from Reiwa 3 (2021) to Reiwa 7 (2025) as planning period.

Review of target values for performance indicators and activity indicators [FY2024-]

In target value of performance index of this plan and activity index, there is thing linked to index of other plans that Motoichi establishes.
If the indicators linked to other plans are changed during the period of Reiwa 3 to 7 during this planning period, the target values will be reviewed in this plan.
Based on the Yokohama City Gender Equality Promotion Ordinance, Article 8, Paragraph 4, we consulted the Yokohama City Gender Equality Council on the relevant indicators and decided new target values as follows. Progress management based on these target values will be implemented from FY2024.

In October 2019, the mayor consulted with the Yokohama City Gender Equality Council on "Measures for Promoting Gender Equality for the Development of the 5th Yokohama City Gender Equality Action Plan."
A report on this was handed to the mayor by the chairman of the council (Yumiko Ehara, Professor, Yokohama National University) to the mayor on October 22, 2020.
