A person who satisfies all of the following conditions.
1.Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and having the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2.In Reiwa Moto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), the event is "345 office work / business consignment" (ranking is "2nd place" or more) and detailed "B: Training" A person who has registered "business" or the event must be registered with "350 other consignments" (ranking is "2nd place" or higher").
3.No nomination suspension measures based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination stoppage on any day between bid participation intention application deadline and bid date.
4.Have a track record of stress check and group analysis work using paper questionnaires (within the past three years).
5.Have a person (doctor, public health nurse, etc.) prescribed in Article 52-10, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.
6.Acquired the privacy mark granted by the Japan Information Economic and Social Promotion Association. Alternatively, the same response has been made.
