１．Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Contract Rules (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and having the qualifications specified in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
２．Be eligible to participate in "345 office work and business consignment detailed B training" in the Reiwa Moto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive B qualified person list (related to goods, consignment, etc.).
３．Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the outline of measures such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the bid participation intention application deadline to the bid date.
４．Have multiple persons who meet any of the following requirements, or have at least two years of practical experience in the maintenance and management of systems and information equipment.
（１） Microsoft Office Specialist or equivalent or higher qualifications
（２） Those who have obtained qualification for information processing engineer examination for basic information engineers or higher
（３） Those who have passed the education computerization coordinator grade 3 or higher
（４） Those who passed the ICT support staff ability certification test
