Anyone who intends to participate in the tender must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for bid participation.
１．Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
