Anyone who intends to participate in the tender must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for bid participation.
(1)　Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Being a person who has been registered in the event 316 "Computer Business" in the Reiwa Moto / 2 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Related to Goods / Consignment).
(3) Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension, on any day between August 31, 2020 and the bidding date.
(4) Information Security Management System (ISMS): A person who has been certified by ISO / IEC 27001 (or JIS Q 27001) certification.
(5) Quality Management System: A person who has obtained ISO 9001 (or JIS Q 9001) certification.
(6) Cloud service security in major communications services: A person who has obtained ISO / IEC 27017 (or JIS Q 27017) certification.
(7) Have a track record of designing and constructing a wide-area network (LAN-WAN-LAN) with 200 or more connection bases or 50,000 or more users.
(8) Have a track record of network construction work that connects the "Academic Information Network (SINET)" managed and operated by the National Institute of Informatics with public primary educational institutions (elementary school or junior high school).
