Anyone who intends to participate in the tender must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for bid participation.

  1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
  2. Being a person who has been registered in the event "Computer Business" Detail B "System Operation / Monitoring" in the Reiwa Moto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to Goods / Consignment, etc.).
  3. Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension, on any day between January 23, 2020 and the date of opening the bill.
  4. Have a track record of supporting desk work on a public institution network of 30,000 or more users.
  5. A person who has multiple network engineers with public qualifications and support desk work experience, and must have a system that can perform their work.
  6. Obtained the Privacy Mark set by the Japan Information Economy and Society Promotion Association on January 23, 2020.
