Other conditions

The person who intends to submit a proposal shall meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
  2. Reiwa Moto, it was registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to Goods and consignment) in 2nd year, registered the business type "various survey plans" in the first place, and the detailed A "market"・ A person who has registered a "policy survey" and "consulting (excluding construction consulting, etc.)".
  3. Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension measure based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension, on any day between the date of submission deadline of the participation intention application form to the date of specific contract candidate.
  4. Having the basic design of the same or similar public facilities or basic plan development work.
  5. Have a track record of examining public-private partnership business methods for similar or similar public facilities.

  • We will confirm the proposal qualifications of the applicant who intend to participate in this proposal, and notify the results of the proposal qualification confirmation by mail by Thursday, February 6, 2020, regardless of whether or not they are qualified. If we are able to confirm that you have the proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
  • The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed can request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed. In addition, please submit document to City of Yokohama, Board of Education Secretariat secretariat education policy promotion section by 17:00 five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
  • When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, we will reply in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from the next day when Motoichi received document.
