6.Other procedures

Other procedures

When performing the following procedures, please prepare two copies of the required documents listed in the table below and submit it to the counter.

・Application for approval
  When the certification plan implementer (owner) of a long-term excellent house changes due to buying and selling or inheritance.
・Withdrawal
  If you withdraw your application before certification.
・Cancellation
  When conservation is to cancel construction or maintenance of long-term excellent housing after certification.
・Report on Maintenance conservation
  When a report is requested by the city.
・Application for re-grant
  In case of loss of certification, etc.

※About seal
 The application form and seal of registration form is no longer required.
 In addition, the seal of Power of Attorney shall not be required. (Please determine the necessity of seal between delegates and delegates.)
