6.Other procedures

Other procedures

When performing the following procedures, please prepare two copies of the required documents listed in the table below and submit them to the counter.

・Application for approval
  When the certification plan implementer (owner) of a long-term excellent house is replaced by buying or selling or inheritance.
・Withdrawal
  If you wish to withdraw your application before certification.
・Cancellation
  When the conservation is to be discontinued after the certification.
・Report on Maintenance conservation
  When the city is asked to report.
・Application for re-grant
  If you have lost your certification letter, etc.

※About seal
 You don't need the application form, seal in registration form.
 Also, the power of attorney seal shall not request it. (Please determine the necessity of seal between the delegates and the delegates.)

Application for re-grant such as certification letter of advice (fee is 300 yen)
If it is not lost, please attach the previous certification notice.

About mail correspondence

From the viewpoint of preventing the spread of COVID-19, procedures that do not involve payment of fees will be accepted and returned by mail.
