４．Procedures for changes, assignee decision, etc.

About plan change
Precautions
・For changes pertaining to long-term use structures, etc., please check the procedure with the registered housing performance evaluation organization, and contact Yokohama City if you have any questions.
・If the place name and lot number is changed, please attach a document that shows the application location, such as a certified copy of the building, official map, etc. .
・If you have previously applied for change certification, please fill in the latest change certification number and certification date.
Minor changes
Regarding "small changes related to long-term use structure, etc.", a registered housing performance evaluation organization issues a certificate for minor change to the applicant.
After that, you do not need to go to Yokohama City.
※Except for "slight changes pertaining to long-term use structures", submission of a "slight change notification" to Yokohama City is required. (e.g., changes to the maintenance conservation plan, etc.)

Determination of the assignee
- For condominiums that have applied for certification under Article 5, Paragraph 3 of the Act, a “change certification application” (related to Article 9 of the transferee's decision law) is required when the transferee of the house has been decided.
※If the contract period exceeds six months from the scheduled time of the transferee's decision, the above “Application for Change Certification” (Related to Article 8 of the Plan Change Law) is also required. (Thousands of 300 yen)
