About revision of long-term excellent housing certification system

Major changes accompanying the revision of the Long-Term Excellent Housing Law

The Act on Promotion of the Promotion of Long-Term Excellent Houses (hereinafter referred to as the “Long-Term Excellent Housing Law”) has been revised and revised.
It came into effect on February 20, 2022 and October 1, 2022.

●Major changes accompanying the revision of the Long-Term Excellent Housing Law on October 1, 2022
 ①Establishment of a certification system for existing houses that do not involve building activities
  We will create a system that enables high-quality existing homes to be certified (certified only by the conservation plan) without extension or renovation.
 ②Strengthen energy-saving measures and review wall volume defaults
  Energy saving standards shall be equivalent to ZEH, and the insulation performance grade 5 and primary energy consumption grade 6 of the housing performance labeling system shall be set.
  With the weight of wooden buildings due to the installation of insulation and energy-saving equipment, standards for structural safety such as the required amount of walls will be established.
 ③Rationalization of standards for apartment houses, etc.
  It is rationalized by reviewing standards such as scale standards and long-term use structures.

  • R06.06.03 About the start of electronic application of long-term excellent house completion report
  • R04.10.01 We revised summary about Yokohama-shi "law about promotion of spread of long-term excellent house".
  • R04.02.20 We revised summary about Yokohama-shi "law about promotion of spread of long-term excellent house".
  • R03.03.01 seal on the application form is no longer needed. Also, the power of attorney seal shall not request it. (Please determine the necessity of seal between the delegates and the delegates.)
