Reception and return by mail, etc. in consideration of the prevention of COVID-19 infection

From the perspective of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we will respond to the following procedures by mail.

Depending on the procedure, some procedures may not be accepted or returned, so check the following table.

Also, required documents etc. differs depending on the procedure, so please check the procedure guide for the relevant number.

Date of arrival at this section ※The date of application will be accepted. However, it may not be possible to accept applications due to insufficient documents.

※Depending on the situation, it may take some time from the time the mail arrives at the city hall and reach this section.
When mailing, please send it with a few days on the date of arrival.
