To all of you who have been certified as a long-term excellent housing
What you do after certification
Let's do the construction and maintenance as planned
Those who have been certified should build based on the certified plan, and after the construction is completed, perform maintenance based on the plan.
※Maintenance: Inspection and repairs based on plansconservation
※For details on the maintenance method and period of time, please refer to the section of “2. Maintenance of conservation after construction” on the 4th page of the certification application form.
※In the case of a house that has been certified under the criteria for extension and renovation to meet the certification criteria in the future in the conservation plan, the renewal work must be carried out based on the plan.
Keep a record of construction and maintenance.
If you have been certified, please make and keep a record on the status of construction and maintenance of certified long-term excellent housing. It is also possible to create and save it using electronic data.
In such a case, a procedure is required.
When we are going to change design (before construction completion) or when we are going to expand or renovate (after construction is completed), procedure of plan change is necessary.
When a person who has been certified intends to change the design, expand, or renovate a certified long-term excellent house, it is necessary to apply for a certification of the plan change to the competent administrative agency before starting construction.
Click here for the procedure for changing the plan, "4. Procedures for change, assignee decision, etc."
※When changing the plan, the plan approved by the new construction standards must conform to the standards for new construction, and the plan approved by the extension and renovation standards must conform to the standards for extension and renovation. In addition, if you are certified as an existing house, you must conform to the standards applied at the time of initial certification.
※The same procedure is required to change the maintenance conservation plan.
※After certifying the equipment to be evaluated (heating / cooling equipment, lighting, water heater, etc.) to be evaluated in a house where the primary energy consumption class standard has been applied, replace it with equipment that has the same or higher performance as at the time of certification Please replace it. In that case, there is no need to change the plan. In addition, please keep the changes as a record of the maintenance status. If you do not know the performance of the equipment at the time of certification, please contact the operator.
When inheriting or buying and selling certified long-term excellent housing, it is necessary to take over the status by the new owner.
Please hand over long-term excellent housing construction plans and records of maintenance conservation to those who will take over the status of the certification plan implementer by inheritance, sale, etc. Those who take over the position will need the approval of the competent administrative agency, so please go to the competent administrative agency. If you take over the status of the certification plan implementer, the contents of the maintenance will be passed on to the successor, so please check the contents of the plan.
