１．Overview of the system and benefits of certification

　Plans related to the construction and maintenance of conservation (“Long-term Excellent Housing Construction Plan”) (“Long-term Excellent Housing Construction Plan”) (“Long-term Excellent Housing Construction Plan”) (“Long-term Excellent Housing Construction Plan”) The Law Concerning the Promotion of Long-Term Excellent Houses, which focuses on the establishment of a system to certify, was promulgated in December 2008, and came into effect on June 4, 2009.

　Under this law, in order to promote the spread of excellent long-term housing, we will formulate a living environment that takes into account the formation of a good landscape, a building plan for a house with a certain area of dwelling units, and a constant maintenance conservation plan to promote the spread of excellent long-term housing.

　About house which received authorization of the plan concerned, we will perform construction and maintenance based on plan such as authorized long-term excellent house construction.
