５．Report of completion

• When construction work is completed, please attach "construction supervision report" to "report that construction of house based on plan such as authorized long-term excellent house construction was completed" immediately, and please submit two copies of primary and secondary . In addition, please attach when there is "construction house performance evaluation report".

※If you know the new residence indication, please fill in the margin of the report.

We will start accepting electronic applications from June 3, 2024.
I would like procedure from this "Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system" (outside site).

Procedures that do not involve payment of fees such as completion reports will be accepted and returned by mail.
