1 Flow of Actual Damage Report
(1) Communication from Yokohama City to facilities
・In the event of a disaster or when it becomes necessary to be vigilant, Yokohama City will send a request for a report on the status of damage by the disaster information sharing system (such as the "disaster name" to be reported) by the following e-mail address Send from

(2) Report on the damage caused by facilities, etc.
・After receiving an e-mail notification from Yokohama City, select the "Disaster Name" to be reported on the disaster information sharing system and enter the damage status (example of disaster name: Reiwa ○ Typhoon ○ No, heavy rain in Reiwa ○ Year ○ Year ○) No, heavy rain).
In the future, please report regardless of whether there is any damage.
※[Important!] When reporting, be sure to select the "disaster name" to be reported. When we report for disaster name different from target, we may not be able to confirm the damage situation by Motoichi.
※For reporting, it is necessary to select all required items on the system, but it is possible to report again, so the first report gives priority to promptness and based on the situation that we know at the time of the disaster Please input and report.
