Report on the status of the disaster
In the event of a disaster such as an earthquake or when it becomes necessary to be alert to the occurrence of a disaster such as a typhoon or heavy rain, please use the "Disaster Information Sharing System" to report the damage situation.

1 Actual flow of disaster reports
(1) Communication from Yokohama City to facilities
・In the event of a disaster or when it becomes necessary to be alert to the occurrence of a disaster, the following e-mail address will be sent from Yokohama City to facilities, etc. to report the status of the disaster using the information sharing system at the time of disaster (such as the "disaster name"). Send from

(Facilities) Address of Elderly Facilities Division <kf-shisetsu@city.yokohama.jp>
(2) Report on the status of damage caused by facilities, etc.
・After receiving an e-mail from Yokohama City, select the "Disaster Name" to be reported on the Disaster Information Sharing System and enter the damage status (Example of registration of disaster name: Reiwa ○ Typhoon No., Reiwa ○ year ○ month heavy rain).
In the future, please report whether there is any damage or not.
※[Important!] When reporting, be sure to select the "disaster name" to be reported. When we report for disaster name different from target, we may not be able to confirm the damage situation by Motoichi.
※In the report, it is necessary to select all required items on the system, but since it is possible to report again, the first report gives top priority to speed and input based on the situation known at the time of the disaster Please report.
