If a staff member or user has been confirmed to be infected, the situation will be reported by e-mail. We have established the form for reporting in the future, so please enter required items in the Excel sheet below, set your password, and send it. (Please contact us with your password separately.)

For medical institutions "Elderly Concierge" has been set up.
Yokohama City provides support for accepting patients who have completed their medical treatment period from medical institutions to facilities for the elderly.
A total of 19 people, 9 facilities for the elderly and 1 facility for special nursing care, will be secured as beds for discharge patients and accepted as "discharge support short stay".
