[Finished] About the 2023 Yokohama City Elderly Facility Price Risk Countermeasures Support Project (for the second half)

　In the face of rising crude oil prices and prices, social welfare facilities in the city will provide various services stably without passing on the burden to users. As support for soaring, we will issue a certain amount of support money.

　The recipients of the price rise countermeasures support money are businesses (hereinafter referred to as “businesses”) that carry out the businesses listed in the separate table with the approval or designation of the city, January 1, 2024. We have established an office in Yokohama City and are expected to continue their business until March 31, 2024.
　Provided, however, that the businesses listed in the following items are excluded.
(1) Those that have started business as of the date of application and have not passed one month.
(2) Those whose business has been abolished or suspended as of the date of application.
(3) From October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, the user's burden of utilities and fuel costs has been raised due to rising prices. In addition, for entrance facilities that provide three meals a day, the amount paid by the user has been raised or planned to be carried out at any of the utilities, fuel, and foodstuff costs due to soaring prices.
However, if the user is refunded for the increased amount by the date and time of application and the transfer of the price to the user is eliminated, it shall be treated as a grantee.
(4) Those operated by the designated manager system.
However, those who carry out the business prescribed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of the Ordinance for the Elderly Welfare Facilities prescribed in Article 1 of the Yokohama City Elderly Welfare Facility Ordinance, Article 1 shall be treated as grantees. (* Nursing care establishments operated by Community Care Plaza are eligible.)

※[Important] For establishments that have been designated between October 2, 2023 and January 1, 2024, the grant amount will change depending on the date of establishment.
※When we receive designation of both care service and care prevention service or general business, we apply only type of care service.
※About short-term entrance life care carried out using empty floor, it is not targeted for assistance.

・Application deadline: 17:00 on Friday, January 12, 2024 → 17:00 on Friday, January 19, 17:00 ※It's finished.

・Payments　　：We will review the order in which the application is accepted, and as soon as the examination is completed, a notice of grant decision will be mailed.
　　　　　　　　This year, we will accept requests at the same time as the grant application, so we will pay in order after notification of the grant decision.
