　We will issue a certain amount of support money as support for elderly facilities in the city affected by rising crude oil prices and prices to stably provide various services.

1 The recipients of the price soaring countermeasures support money shall meet the following requirements among the businesses that carry out the business listed in the attached table (hereinafter referred to as "businesses").
　　But, about thing which we operate by designated manager system, it is elderly welfare facility to prescribe in Yokohama-shi welfare facility for the elderly prescribed in Article 1 of the elderly welfare facility regulations.
　Limited to those that carry out business prescribed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of the Ordinance.
　(1) Those located in Yokohama City
　(2) Those that have received approval or designation of Motoichi before May 1, 2024, and are currently operating as of the date of application
2 Businesses that have received support for price hikes will have an impact on users, such as raising the user's burden due to soaring utility costs, fuel costs, or foodstuff costs.
　We shall endeavor to minimize as much as possible.
　　However, if the impact of soaring prices has been resolved by the user's burden, it will not be issued.

※When we receive designation of both care service and care prevention service or general business, we cover only type of care service.
※About short-term entrance life care carried out using empty floor, it is not targeted for assistance.

・Application deadline: 17:00 on Friday, January 10, 2025　※It's finished.

・Payment　　：We will review the application in the order in which the application is accepted, and as soon as the examination is completed, we will send you a notice of grant decision.
　　　　　　　　This year, we accept request applications at the same time as the grant application, so we will pay in order after notification of the grant decision.
　　　　　　　　Payment is scheduled to be made two weeks after the notification of the grant decision is sent.
