In order to be able to continue providing the necessary services to home recuperators due to COVID-19 infection, the Yokohama City stipulates the “Infected Persons Handling Allowance (hereinafter referred to as“ Allowance”). When "is paid, a subsidy equivalent to the allowance will be issued.

※Benefits paid after April 1, 2022 are not eligible for this subsidy program.
Be sure to complete the payment of benefits to workers by the application deadline.

（１） Visiting service establishments (* 1) that provided visiting services for COVID-19 positive persons during home medical treatment (* 1)
（２） Outpatient service establishments (* 2) that provided visiting services by the staff of the establishment to those who are positive for COVID-19 during home medical treatment (* 2).

※1 Visiting Service Office
　Home-visit nursing care establishments, home-visit bathing care establishments, home-visit rehabilitation offices, regular patrol / ad-hoc nursing care nursing establishments, night-time home-visit nursing care establishments, small-scale multifunctional home care establishments And nursing small-scale multifunctional home care establishments (limited to visit services), home care support offices and home care management guidance offices

※Two service offices
　Day care establishments, community-based daycare centers, nursing care centers, dementia-responsive outpatient nursing care establishments, tsusho rehabilitation offices, small-scale multifunctional home care establishments and nursing small-scale multifunctional home care establishments (limited to commuting services)

※3 Includes visiting and tsusho-based service establishments for preventive care services and comprehensive care prevention and daily life support business (designated services and preventive care management).

※Please note that you cannot apply in duplicate with expenses recorded in other supporting projects.
<Infection allowance for infected people>
　This is an allowance to be paid on a daily basis to employees who provide services directly in the same space for those who are positive during home medical treatment.
A. Amount
　"5,000 yen" per day.
　・ If a service is provided multiple times by the same employee on the same day, 5,000 yen will be paid per day regardless of the number of times.
　・ If the service is provided by another worker and two people, each worker will be paid.
　・ It is paid for each positive person who has provided the service.

B. Number of days
　The number of days in which the service was directly provided in the same space until the recuperation period of the positive person is deemed to have ended.
　However, since the medical treatment period is expected to be 10 days in principle, if allowance is considered to be necessary for more than 10 days, individual consultation with the city is required.
※For details, please refer to “3. Eligible for benefits” and “4. Subsidized amount” in the implementation guidelines.

　・The allowance can be calculated from the date of onset (certified by the public health center) until the end of the medical treatment period is deemed to have ended.
　　It will be the day when the home visit service was provided (after April 1, 2021).

③　A copy of a document confirming that the target person has received the allowance (eg, salary statement, etc.)
※ If it is added to the corporation's own benefits or other benefits, please attach a breakdown so that you can see the amount paid as an allowance for infected people.
