Seal Registration (guarantor system)

You can register on the same day using the guarantor method.
Please bring the following three items to the counter.
- A document confirming your name (such as a health insurance card)
- Registered private seal
- Seal Registration application form filled out by the guarantor and sealed the registration private seal
※Please seal your guarantor private seal clearly. If seal impression is unclear, we will not accept it. It's safe to come with your guarantor or keep your guarantor registered private seal.
※If you are currently in Seal Registration, please bring your private seal registration card (card) and private seal. However, you don't have to worry about it.
※If proxy/agent does the procedure, the required documents will be different. In some cases, it may be a different method. Please start again from the first question.
