Seal Registration (license method)

You can complete the procedure on the same day using the license method.
Please bring the following two items to the counter.
- Certificate with photo of your face, such as a driver's license
- Registered private seal
※Certificates that have passed 10 years or more or more invalid after the expiration date cannot be used for Seal Registration. In addition, student ID cards are not available.
※If you are currently in Seal Registration, please bring your private seal registration card (card) and private seal. However, you don't have to worry about it.
※If a proxy performs the procedure, it will be a different method. Please start again from the first question.
