Seal Registration (proxy/agent)

Registration usually takes 2-3 days, but if you apply in the morning and use express mail, you can issue a private seal registration card (card) and Seal Registration Certificate on the same day.
※You will be charged for the express delivery fee.
※If you ship by express in the morning, an inquiry will be sent to your home on the afternoon of the day. You will need to bring it to the ward office again.

If you are in proxy/agent, please bring the following 6 items (5 items if you lose your current registered private seal).

1. Power of Attorney created by the person
2. Documents confirming proxy/agent's name (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.)
3. private seal registration card (card) currently registered
4. Registered private seal
5. proxy/agent's approval
6. private seal currently registered (you do not have to be lost)

※Please seal your guarantor private seal clearly. If seal impression is unclear, we will not accept it. It's safe to come with your guarantor or keep your guarantor registered private seal.

※We will abolish the current Seal Registration and then the new Seal Registration. Please refer to how to write a power of attorney (PDF: 116KB) in the power of attorney, and describe the following items as power of attorney.

1. Thing about application for abolition of Seal Registration (If you cannot bring your current registered private seal, please refer to "Registered private seal Lost Report").
