At the "Administrative Services Corner" located at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates outside of office hours, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using it.

Notifications of family register (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. The documents will be reviewed at a later date in Family Registry Division, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the date of acceptance.
