At the "Administrative Service Corner" at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates, even outside of office hours at the ward office, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the type of Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using.

family register notifications (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. The documents will be reviewed in Family Registry Division at a later date, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the acceptance date.
