Used for public baths subject to the control amount of bathing fees specified by the Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture based on the provisions of Article 4 of the Price Control Ordinance (Edict No. 118 of 1946).

A basic fee of 3,124 yen (including consumption tax and sewerage usage fee) will be charged up to 16m3 for two months.

When the number of days of use is less than 15 days and the amount of water used does not exceed half of the minimum amount of water used in one month is the basic fee listed in the table of one month according to the type of water supply equipment The amount obtained by multiplying half of the amount of the fee by 1.1, and if there is a fraction less than 1 yen, it will be rounded down.
When the number of days of use is 16 days or more and 30 days or when the amount of water used exceeds half of the minimum amount of water used in one month, the fee is calculated assuming that the period of use is one month .
However, if the nominal diameter is 50 or more, even if the usage period is less than one month and it is less than the minimum amount of water used for one month, it is calculated based on the minimum amount of water used for one month.

When the number of days of use is 31 days or more and less than 45 days, and the amount of water used does not exceed three-half of the minimum amount of water used in one month is the amount of the basic fee listed in the table of one month The amount obtained by multiplying the sum of three-half by 1.1, and if there is a fraction less than 1 yen, round it down.
When the number of days of use is 46 days or more and 60 days or when the amount of water used exceeds three-half of the minimum amount of water used in one month, the fee is calculated assuming that the period of use is 2 months .
However, if the nominal diameter of 50 or more is less than the two-month period of use and is less than the minimum amount of water used for two months, it is calculated based on the minimum amount of water used for two months.

Normally, the meter reading period is two months, but if the use start period exceeds two months, the fee is the amount obtained from the same day two months before the meter reading date as the temporary meter reading date (deemed meter reading date) This is the sum obtained by multiplying the amount obtained from the deemed meter reading date to the start date of use (the amount of any time period) and multiplying by 1.1. However, if there is a fraction less than 1 yen, this will be rounded down.

If one meter is used for home use in two or more households, this is a system that calculates the water charge by applying the basic charge for each household in the same way as an apartment house at the request of the customer .
The calculation method is based on the amount of water used divided by the number of households, and the amount obtained by multiplying the total amount by the consumption tax equivalent is the water charge.

Water Works Bureau will send you a complete set of required documents, so please send the application form and a copy of each household's resident certificate (within 3 months of issuance and no copy of your personal number) in a reply envelope sent from Water Works Bureau. Please note that copies of resident certificate with no name of the head of the household, no relationship, and personal number (My Number) cannot be accepted.

２．When using 28m3 (2 months) in 2 households
（1） If the system is not applied, the fee will be 3,317 yen and will be calculated as follows.

（2） If applied, the fee will be 3,476 yen and will be calculated as follows.

　　28m3 / 2 households = 14m3/ Households

３．When using 440m3 (2 months) in 10 households
（1） If the system is not applied, the fee will be 138,921 yen and will be calculated as follows.

　　(320 yen x 440m3 (water consumption)-14,508 yen) x 1.1 = 138,921 yen.

（2） If the system is applied, the fee will be 63,976 yen and will be calculated as follows.
　A. First, the amount of water used is divided by the number of households.
　　440m3 / 10 households = 44m3 / households
　B. Apply the amount of water obtained in a to the water rate calculation table (for two months) and calculate it.
　　{(226 yen x 44m3 (water consumption)-4,128 yen) x 10 households} x 1.1 = 63,976 yen.

If the use falls under any of the following items among welfare facilities, the basic number of units can be applied to the home part by application.
（1） Facilities for conducting dementia-response elderly cohabitation support projects prescribed in Article 5-2, Paragraph 6 of the Elderly Welfare Act (Act No. 133 of 1963)
（2） Light-paying nursing homes stipulated in Article 20-6 of the Elderly Welfare Law
（3） Paid nursing homes stipulated in Article 29 of the Welfare Law for the Elderly
（4） Facilities for providing cohabitation care prescribed in Article 5, Paragraph 10 of the Act (Act No. 123 of 2005) for comprehensively supporting the daily and social life of persons with disabilities
