(1) User information [Customer number (inquiry number), room number, user name]
The customer number (inquiry number) is the reference number determined by Water Works Bureau.
(2) Amount of water used, amount to be billed
This time, the total amount and breakdown of the amount of water used, the water charge and the sewerage usage fee are displayed (including consumption tax and local consumption tax equivalent).
(3) Meter reading date, number of days used, caliber
Displays the date and time of meter readings and indicated number (meter guideline) and the number of days used from the previous meter reading date to the current meter reading date are displayed.
In addition, the caliber column shows the diameter of the meter being used by the customer (inner diameter of the connection part of the meter).
(4) Payment method and scheduled fund transfer date
The customer's current payment method is either "fund transfer", "delivery notice", or "credit".
In addition, the scheduled transfer date of the scheduled amount for customers who are treated as "fund transfer" is displayed.
(5) Communication field
Displays messages that you want to convey to customers, such as when meter reading is not possible due to changes in water volume or absence.
(6) Transfer of water charges and sewerage charges (previous date)
This is the transferred receipt of the previous usage fee of the customer who treated as a fund transfer (receipt cannot be reissued).
(7) Contractor of water meter reading business
Displays the name of the contractor who read the customer's water meter, and the Phone number of the contact information are displayed.
(8) Voice code
A dedicated application for voice codes such as smartphones ※By reading it, the amount of water used, and the expected billing amount stored in the voice code.
At the same time, text information such as "forehead" is read out aloud, and the screen is displayed in text.
