(1) User information [Customer number (inquiry number), room number, user name]
Customer number (inquiry number) is the reference number determined by Water Works Bureau.
(2) Amount of water used and amount to be charged
This time, the total amount and breakdown of the amount of water used, the water charge, and the sewerage usage fee are displayed (including consumption tax and local consumption tax equivalent).
(3) Meter reading date, number of days used, caliber
The previous and current meter reading dates and the number of instructions (meter guidelines) and the number of days used from the previous meter reading date to the current meter reading date are displayed.
In addition, the caliber column shows the caliber of the meter being used by the customer (inner diameter of the connection part of the meter).
(4) Payment method and scheduled fund transfer date
The current payment method of the customer is indicated as either "fund transfer", "delivery notice", or "credit".
In addition, the estimated transfer date of the amount to be charged this time for customers who are treated as "fund transfer" is shown.
(5) Communication field
The message you want to convey to customers is displayed when meter reading is not possible due to changes in water volume or absence.
(6) Receipt for transfer of water charges and sewerage charges (for the previous time)
This is a transfer receipt for the previous usage fee of the customer who handles direct debit (receipt cannot be reissued).
(7) Contractors for water meter reading business
Indicates the name of the contractor who reads the customer's water meter, the name of the meter reader, and the contact Phone number.
(8) Voice code
Use voice codes for dedicated applications such as smartphones ※By reading, the amount of water used and the estimated billed money stored in the voice code.
At the same time as reading out text information such as "forehead" by voice, the screen is displayed in text.
