First of all, please confirm necessary consultation and report along flow of confirmation sheet.

In the Kohoku New Town area, the basic policies are "town development to preserve the green environment to the maximum", "town development to extend" hometown "", "safe town development", and "town development to obtain high-level services". We are promoting multi-functional complex town development, such as the formation of a unique base and the formation of a good living environment.

Proposal of town planning consultation (outside site)

At the Town Center (*), Kitayamada Ekimae Center, Nakagawa Ekimae Center and Nakamachidai Ekimae Center, a "city planning agreement" has been concluded through mutual discussions between landowners. Please talk about applicable part of discussion contents-5 at the following window which is town planning agreement steering committee secretariat. If this consultation is completed, the procedure to the City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau Community Development Division can be omitted. (In addition, since "city planning" is also stipulated in the town center, a report to Yokohama City based on the City Planning Act is required separately.)
