First of all, please confirm necessary consultation and report according to flow of confirmation sheet.

In the Kohoku New Town district, the basic policies are "town development that preserves the green environment to the maximum extent", "town development that extends" hometown "", "safe town development", and "town development where high standards of services can be obtained" We are promoting multifunctional complex town development, such as the formation of certain bases and the formation of a good living environment.

Proposal (outside site) for town planning consultation

At the Town Center (*), Kitayamada Ekimae Center, Nakagawa Ekimae Center and Nakamachidai Ekimae Center, a "City Planning Agreement" has been signed through discussions between landowners. Please discuss the relevant part of the discussion content-5 at the following window, which is the City Planning Agreement Steering Committee Secretariat. If this consultation is over, we can omit procedure to City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau area town development section. (In addition, as "city planning" is also established in town center, report to Yokohama-shi based on the City Planning Act is required separately.)
