1 Town Center

(1) As town planning agreement is concluded, please follow contents of town planning agreement.

(2) When planning a house, the maximum number of Osumi units per site should be as follows.

2 Nakagawa station square center, Kitayamada station square center and Nakamachidai station square center

(1) As town planning agreement is concluded, please follow contents of each town planning agreement.

(2) When planning a house, the site area per dwelling unit should be 43 m2 or more.
※ In addition, please be careful as use such as houses may be restricted by "town planning agreement".

3 Tsuzuki Fureai no Oka (former name: Kawawa or Kuzugaya) Ekimae Center

(1) Use of the first floor of the building should be merchandise sales, eating and drinking, and service stores, and avoid uses such as housing and business.

(2) The outer wall of the building facing the pedestrian-only road with a width of 6m or more should retreat 1.5m or more from the road boundary.

(3) Turn the facade (front) of the building toward the pedestrian-only road side.

(4) When planning a house, the site area per dwelling unit should be 43 m2 or more.

(5) Parking lots should be set up at least 50% of the number of dwelling units and the required number of vehicles according to the type of business on the roadway side of the premises.

(6) bicycle parking lots, cargo handling area and garbage storage should be set up on the roadway side of the premises.

(7) Building designs and advertising materials should be in harmony with the surrounding streets.
