Contents of discussion -4 Neighboring centers (Type 2 middle-high-rise residential area, Class 2 residential area, semi-residential area)

1 Chigasaki Center (part of Chigasaki Minami 2-chome)

(1) Use of the first floor of the building should be merchandise sales, eating and drinking, and service stores. However, this does not apply to houses, offices, etc. in harmony with the cityscape of Chigasaki Center

(2) 1 The site area per dwelling unit should be 43 m2 or more.

(3) The design of the building should be in harmony with the cityscape of the Chigasaki Center.

(4) For parking lots, please secure at least 50% of the number of dwelling units and the required number according to the business type.

(5) bicycle parking lots, cargo handling area and garbage storage should be set up on the premises and planted.

(6) Please give sufficient greenery on the premises.

(7) Please consider securing nighttime lighting on the street, such as installing gatepost lights and installing openings to make the lights in the building.
