Contents of consultation -4 Neighboring center (Type 2 middle-high-rise residential area, Type 2 residential area, semi-residential area)
1 Chigasaki Center (part of Chigasaki Minami 2-chome)
(1) Use of the first floor of the building should be a product sales, eating and drinking, service store as much as possible. However, this does not apply to houses, offices, etc. in harmony with the streets of Chigasaki Center.
(2) The site area per dwelling unit must be at least 43 m2.
(3) The design of the building should be in harmony with the cityscape of Chigasaki Center.
(4) For parking lots, secure at least 50% of the number of dwelling units and the required number according to the business type.
(5) bicycle parking lots, cargo handling area, and garbage storage area should be set up on the premises and planted in consideration of the aesthetics.
(6) Please give sufficient greening on the premises.
(7) Please consider securing nighttime lighting on the street, such as installing gatepost lights or setting up openings to show the lights in the building.
(8) Please avoid installing rooftop advertising materials as much as possible.

(1) Retreatment of the outer wall of the building
A. Retreat the outer wall of the Eda Neighborhood Center
The outer wall of the building facing the pedestrian road with a width of 9m or more (excluding the part in contact with the Niiha Eda Line) should retreat at least 2m.
In addition, please explain the contents of the plan to the local store association in advance as much as possible.
B) Retreat the outer wall of neighboring centers other than the above
The outer wall of the building facing the pedestrian road should retreat as much as possible and create a lively atmosphere.
(2) The use of the first floor of the building facing the pedestrian-only road should be product sales, eating and drinking, and service stores as much as possible. However, this does not apply to houses, offices, etc. that are in harmony with the cityscape of the neighboring center.
(3) The site area per dwelling unit must be at least 43 m2.
(4) The facade (front) of the building should be directed toward the pedestrian road side.
(5) The design of the building should be in harmony with the surrounding streets.
(6) The parking lot should be at least 50% of the number of dwelling units and the required number according to the business form on the road side of the premises.
(7) bicycle parking lots, cargo handling area and garbage storage area should be located on the side of the road.
(8) Please give sufficient greening on the premises.
