Contents of consultation -1 General residential area (Type 1 and Type 2 low-rise residential area)
This area is mainly composed of low-rise housing. Please make the plan in accordance with the following discussions. Advertisement materials should be considered in consideration of the surrounding environment, and the contents will be discussed individually.
1 Single-family houses (excluding 2 stories or less above the ground), shared-purpose houses, and other buildings (excluding tenement houses, apartment houses, dormitories, and boarding houses)
(1) In the case of three stories above the ground, please retreat the wall at least 2m from the adjacent land boundary.
(2) The area around the site should be greened as much as possible.
(3) Consideration for the streets around the site
A. Apply the sloped roof as much as possible.
B. The colors of the roofs and walls should be harmonized with the surrounding streets.
2 Nagaya, apartment houses, dormitories, boarding houses
Please choose the following two types that are close to the planned building and discuss it.
■Terrace house type
(1) For the development (site) area, set up a green space of 20% or more (including a green space in a scenic green space).
(2) Shukei Ryokuchi "Shukei Ryokuchi refers to green spaces that are effective in forming the landscape of the streets, such as hedges around the site. ]
Oh, please establish scenery green tract of land more than 15% for development (site) area.
However, green spaces in the private garden are not included in this.
B. Plant at least two trees per 10m2 in the scenic green area.
C. A hedge of about 1.5m in height and about 1m in width should be provided around the floor.
(3) The minimum site area per building should be at least 220m2.
(4) The site area per dwelling unit must be at least 110 m2.
(5) The maximum number of Osumi units per building should be 4.
(6) In the case of three stories above the ground, please retreat the wall at least 2m from the adjacent land boundary.
(7) If the corridors and stairs of the building face the outdoors, make the handrails on the side of the building the same texture and color as the outer wall, and devise the exterior design.
(8) The number of parking spaces must be at least 100% of the number of dwelling units.
(9) Consideration for the streets around the site
A. Apply the sloped roof as much as possible.
B. The colors of the roofs and walls should be harmonized with the surrounding streets.
■Town house type
(1) For the development (site) area, establish a green space of 20% or more (including a green space in an open space and a scenic green space).
(2) Shukei Ryokuchi "Shukei Ryokuchi refers to green spaces that are effective in forming the landscape of the streets, such as hedges around the site. ]

(5) The site area per dwelling unit must be at least 90m2.
(6) The maximum number of units per building must be up to 12 units.
(7) If the corridors and stairs of the building face the outdoors, make the handrails on the side of the building the same texture and color as the outer wall, and devise the exterior design.
(8) Please make up to 3 stories above ground.
(9) The outer wall of the building should be retreated at least 2m from the border of the adjacent land around the development (site).
(10) The number of parking spaces must be at least 100% of the number of dwelling units.
(11) Consideration for the streets around the site
A. Apply the sloped roof as much as possible.
B. The colors of the roofs and walls should be harmonized with the streets.
