1 In principle, 30% or more of the site should be greened.

2 In principle, please provide a green space with a width of 3m or more around the site.

3 If necessary as part of the Tsurumi River comprehensive flood control measures, establish a rainwater storage facility.

4 When setting up a retaining wall around the site, make it as low as possible in order to harmonize with green spaces, pedestrian roads, etc., and make the form and material familiar to the surrounding environment.

5 If the site touches a pedestrian-only road, the main entrance of the person should be provided at the part connected to this. Also, install an alcove at this main entrance.

6 Parking lots, bicycle parking lots, and garbage collection sites should be covered with a cover green so that they cannot be seen directly from the surrounding area.

7. Relaxation by the urban environment design system should, in principle, only remove the height limit.

8 Please consider harmony with the surrounding environment for building planning and exterior planning.
In addition, please make a symbolic building design suitable for the place of community formation.

9 In the area adjacent to the “Type 1 and Type 2 Low-rise Residential Areas”, make sure that the building is lowered and adapted to the surrounding environment.

10 In principle, apply a sloped roof to the building.

11 The color of the outer wall should be based on "earth color" as one of the productions of the inland climate.
Also, do not expose metal surfaces such as aluminum to the outside of the building (especially terrace handrails, window frame sashes, etc.).
