1. Buildings should be used in factories and warehouses in principle. However, this does not apply to factories or warehouses where managers and employees live, and offices and stores that are in harmony with the environment of the factory warehouse area.
2. Please provide a parking lot and a cargo handling area on the premises.
3. Please give sufficient greenery on the premises.
