Targets of District Planning | This area is located in the western part of Konan Ward, southwest of Kaminagaya Station on Yokohama Municipal Subway Line 1, and is a residential area centered on residential facilities such as housing and stores developed through land readjustment projects in the 1950s. The purpose of this district plan is to maintain and preserve a good living environment in residential areas by properly guiding building activities, and to create a green cityscape where detached houses, apartment houses, stores, etc. coexist.
