Goals of District Planning This area is located in the western part of Konan Ward, southwest of Kaminagaya Station on Yokohama Municipal Subway Line 1, and is a residential area developed by a land readjustment project in the 1950s.
The purpose of this district plan is to maintain and preserve a good living environment in residential areas by properly guiding building activities, and to form a green cityscape where detached houses, apartment houses, stores, etc. coexist. Target.
Land Use Policy We divide district into low-rise residential district (A district, B district) and other districts (C district) to realize the goals of the city planning, and land use is guided by the following policy.
1 A and B districts
In addition to maintaining the current good living environment, we will guide residential areas that can respond to comfortable living, apartment houses, two-family homes, elderly housing, etc. that have a comfortable living environment.
District C
In addition to houses, we will set up apartments in harmony with the surrounding environment, commercial and service facilities that are bustling and convenient.
Policy of maintenance such as buildings In A and B districts, in order to form a good environment mainly composed of low-rise houses, restrictions on the position of wall surfaces, the maximum height of buildings, forms such as buildings, or designs of buildings, etc. Stipulates restrictions and restrictions on the structure of fences or fences.

Restrictions on the form or design of buildings The roof and outer wall of the building shall be in harmony with the scenery of the district.
Restrictions on the fence or fence structure The structure of the fence or fence facing the road shall have hedges, fences and the like openness. However, fence foundations, gate posts, gates, and the like are excluded.
