Targets of District Planning This area is located in the western part of Konan Ward, southwest of Kaminagaya Station on Yokohama Municipal Subway Line 1, and is a residential area centered on residential facilities such as housing and stores developed through land readjustment projects in the 1950s.
The purpose of this district plan is to maintain and preserve a good living environment in residential areas by properly guiding building activities, and to create a green cityscape where detached houses, apartment houses, stores, etc. coexist. Aim.
Land Use Policy In order to achieve the goals of the city planning, the district will be divided into low-rise residential areas (A and B districts) and other districts (C districts), and land use will be guided by the following policies.
1 Areas A and B
In addition to maintaining the current favorable living environment, we will guide residential areas that can accommodate housing, apartment houses, two-family housing, elderly housing, etc. with a comfortable standard.
2 District C
In addition to housing, the location of apartments that are in harmony with the surrounding environment, commercial and service facilities with liveliness and convenience will be planned.
Policy for maintenance of buildings, etc. In A, B districts, to form a good environment mainly composed of low-rise houses, the minimum floor area of buildings, restrictions on the position of walls, the maximum height of buildings, forms of buildings, etc. Define restrictions on design and restrictions on the structure of fences or fences.
Greening Policy In order to form a good environment, we shall endeavor to actively green the site of buildings, etc.

  2. The height of each part of the building must be less than the one obtained by multiplying the horizontal distance in the true north direction from each part to the center line of the front road or the adjacent land boundary by 0.6 and adding 5m. .
Restrictions on forms or designs of buildings, etc. The roof and outer wall of the building shall be in harmony with the landscape of the district.
Restrictions on the structure of a fence or fence The structure of the fence or fence facing the road shall have hedges, fences and similar openness. However, this excludes fence foundations, gateposts, gates and the like.
