Goals of District Planning This area is located in the southwestern part of Konan Ward and was developed in the 1940s, stretching north and south across the city planning road ring road No. 3. In addition, this district is district where building agreement was concluded by inhabitants in 1992 and has maintained good living environment.
This district plan aims at the cultural development of the town and maintains a good living environment by properly guiding building activities while responding to changes in the lives of residents, maintaining and preserving a favorable living environment. The purpose is to plan formation.
Land Use Policy In order to achieve the goals of the district plan, we will set up a low-rise detached house and consider a good living environment. In addition, efforts shall be made to prevent the deterioration of the living environment due to changes in the ground surface.
Policy of maintenance such as buildings In order to maintain and maintain a good living environment as a residential area mainly composed of low-rise houses, restrictions on the use of buildings, the minimum site area, restrictions on the position of wall surfaces, and restrictions on form or design are determined.
Greening Policy In order to maintain a favorable environment, appropriate maintenance and management of forests and grasslands in public land and unused land. In addition, efforts will be made to plant greenery on the premises.

Restrictions on the use of buildings Buildings other than the buildings listed below must not be built.
  1. Houses (excluding tenement houses with three or more dwelling units)

Minimum floor area of the building 165㎡
Provided, however, that this shall not apply to land corresponding to any of the following.
  1. Public toilets, police officers, and other similar buildings necessary for the public interest
  2. Library, management offices and other buildings used as sites for shared convenience by similar residents
