Targets of District Planning | The Konan Tsutsujigaoka district is located in the southwestern part of Konan Ward and extends north-south across the city planning road Ring Route 3. Low-rise residential areas, elementary schools, parks, etc., including the building agreement area, have been united to form a favorable living environment since its development in the 1940s. On the other hand, more than 40 years have passed since the development, rebuilding and expansion are expected to increase, and residents are aging. Therefore, the goal of this district plan is to maintain a good living environment and create a green cityscape while considering the convenience of living for the elderly. |

In F and G districts, notification is not required because the district maintenance plan has not been established. .
