Goals of District Planning | Konan Tsutsujigaoka district is located in the southwestern part of Konan Ward and extends north-south across the city planning road ring-shaped Route 3. Low-rise residential areas, elementary schools, parks, etc., including the building agreement area, have been united to form a favorable living environment since the development in the 1940s. On the other hand, more than 40 years have passed since the development, and it is expected that rebuilding and extensions are expected to increase, and the population is aging. Therefore, this district plan aims to maintain a good living environment and to form a green cityscape while considering the convenience of living for the elderly. |

≪About report of act in area of city planning≫
In A, B, C, D, and E districts, all items of the district maintenance plan are stipulated as restrictions in the city planning ordinance based on the Building Standards Law, so no notification is required for the act of applying for a building confirmation.
In the F and G districts, notification is not required because the district maintenance plan has not been established.
In the Konan Tsutsujigaoka district city planning area, the voluntary rules for town development by local residents are also set.
