Goals of District Planning  This area is located in the eastern part of Konan Ward, about 1 km north of Yokodai Station and Konandai Station on the JR Negishi Line, and is a sloping land that includes collective farmland left in the urbanized area between Yokohama and Yokosuka Road and the Yokodai Line on the city planning road. In addition, it is a district that is positioned as a "suburban residential area" in the Yumehama 2010 plan, and is intended to form a residential area with a good environment.
This district plan forms a residential area with a good environment while maintaining harmony with the surrounding urban area in a district where infrastructure such as roads and parks is carried out by land readjustment projects, and maintains the environment. The goal is to go.
Land Use Policy  Divide districts into three, and induce land use according to their policies.
District A
The location of low-rise houses mainly consisting of detached houses.
District B
The location of detached houses and low-rise houses mainly in apartment.
District C
The construction of middle- and high-rise houses mainly in apartment.

Minimum floor area of the building  The site area of the building shall be 150 m2 or more and the area obtained by multiplying the number of dwelling units by 75 m2. Restrictions on the form or design of buildings The colors of the roof, outer walls and outdoor advertising materials of 1 buildings shall not be stimulated.
2 The size and shape of the outdoor advertising materials shall be considered in consideration of the landscape.
Restrictions on the fence or fence structure  The structure of the fence or fence facing the road shall have hedges, fences and the like openness. However, this excludes gate posts and other similar items.
