Goals of District Planning This area is located in the western part of Aoba Ward, about 2 km northwest of Aobadai Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line, and is home to research facilities surrounded by greenery.
The goal of this district plan is to use land in consideration of surrounding residential areas, etc., and to maintain and preserve a green research environment.
Land Use Policy Divide into four districts to achieve the goals of the district plan, and for District A, B, and C districts will promote land use mainly for research facilities. For District D, preserve existing forests and green spaces, and create a green research environment.
Policy for the development of district facilities At the road boundary on the south side, green space will be placed to make it a buffer zone with the residential area.
