Targets of District Planning | The area is located in the western part of Aoba Ward, about 2 km northwest of Aobadai Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line, with research facilities surrounded by greenery. The purpose of this district plan is to use land in consideration of surrounding residential areas, etc., and to maintain and preserve a lush research environment. |
Land Use Policy | Divide into four districts to achieve the goals of the district plan, and promote land use mainly for research facilities in District A, District B, and District C. In Area D, we will preserve existing forest areas and green spaces and create a green research environment. | |
