Goals of District PlanningThis area is located in the southern part of Aoba Ward, about 300 meters south of Aobadai Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line, along National Route 246. This area has been developed systematically by a land readjustment project since 1961, and consists of a low-rise residential area with a quiet and calm environment and an area that has not been unused since the completion of the land readjustment project.
In this district plan, while preserving the good living environment maintained in this low-rise residential area, we plan to form a middle- and high-rise apartment complex in harmony with low-rise residential areas, and create a town where people can live comfortably in consideration of safety and security The goal is to take over in the future.
Land Use PolicyWe divide district three to achieve aim of city planning and establish land use policy as follows each.
Aim for conservation, a spacious low-rise residential area mainly consisting of single-family houses.
Formation of low-rise residential areas mainly consisting of single-family houses in District B.
We plan formation of middle- and high-rise apartment complex in district C and create public spaces such as comfortable pedestrian spaces and green spaces.
Policy for the development of district facilitiesIn order to secure comfortable and safe pedestrian spaces, etc., public vacant lots and open spaces will be set up in District C, and continuous pedestrian passages that allow general passers-by will be maintained in them.
In addition, a green area along the road will form a green area along the road in District B and a green space on the neighboring land side in District C to harmonize with the surrounding environment.
