How to apply for a reservation

Reserved basket
It is a system that registers the materials you want to reserve. When making a reservation for materials on the Internet, register the materials in the reservation basket before making a reservation.
- Just registering the materials in the reservation basket has not completed the reservation procedure.
- You can register up to 30 materials in the reservation basket. Up to 6 books can be reserved.
- Materials that cannot be borrowed, such as materials that can only be viewed in the library, cannot be registered. The registered materials will remain in the reservation basket even after logging out.
- When you complete the reservation procedure, the materials will be deleted from the reservation basket.
- It is not possible to register materials that have already been registered in the reservation basket.
※Materials currently reserved can be registered in the reservation basket, but reservations cannot be made.
How to register materials in a reservation basket
1.Register in the reservation basket from the "Search Results List".
Select the check box of the material you want to register in the reservation basket and press [To reservation application]. (multiple selection is possible)
※If you press [To reservation application] without logging in, the login screen will be displayed.
2.Register in the reservation basket from "Details of Materials"
By pressing [Reservation Application] on the "Materials Details" screen, you can register the displayed materials in the reservation basket.
How to display the reserved basket
Log in and display "My Library". When you press [Reservation basket], the registered materials will be displayed.
2.There is [Delete] at the bottom of the [Reservation basket] screen. If there is a material you want to delete from the reservation basket, select the check box of the material and press [Delete].
Regular reservation
1.Open the "Reservation basket" and select the reservation reception hall and the reservation contact method from the top of the screen. You can choose from two types of reservation contact methods: unnecessary (confirm yourself) and email. You can also set the expiration date of the reservation at any time.
2.Select the check box of the material you want to reserve (multiple selections are possible) and press [Reservation application] at the bottom of the screen.
3.You will be redirected to the "Reservation Confirmation" screen. Confirm the contents and press [Reservation].
4.When the "Reservation Result" screen is displayed, the reservation is completed.
Series reservation (order specified)
If you want to specify the order of the reserved material and receive it, please make a reservation in order.
- Secure the reserved materials in order from the one with the highest specified priority.
- No other materials will be secured until high-priority materials are secured.
- It is not a system that allows you to receive multiple materials at once.
1.Log in and display the "Reservation basket", and at the top of the screen, specify the reservation reception hall and the reservation contact method. You can also set a reservation deadline at any time.
2.Order Select the material you want to reserve, and press [order designation reservation] at the bottom of the screen.
3.You will be redirected to the "Reservation" screen. Enter the reservation priority on the left side of the material and press [Select order reservation].
4.You will be redirected to the "Reservation Confirmation" screen. Confirm the contents and press [Reservation].
5.When the "Reservation Result" screen is displayed, the reservation is completed.
How to check the reservation status
1.After logging in to the online catalog page, press "My Library" at the top of the screen.
Press the book you are booking.
2.You will be redirected to the "Book on Reservation" screen. Press the title of the material you want to check.
2.You can go to the "Reservation Details" screen to check the details of the reservation status.
①Reservation expiration date: You can specify it. After the deadline, the reservation will be deleted automatically.
②Reservation status:
- Reservation application: It will be displayed like this for a while from the reservation input.
- Reservation: It is in the state of waiting for return. The reservation order is displayed in parentheses.
- In transit to the receiving hall: It is in a state where it was reserved outside the receiving hall where the reservation was made. This includes the state of delivery from the secured building to the receiving building.
- Receivable: The materials with the reservation are secured at the receiving hall and can be borrowed.
③Depiration date: When lending is possible, the expiration date will be displayed. If you select "E-mail" as the contact method, it will be displayed at the time of sending the e-mail, and if you select "No contact required", it will be displayed at the library when "Lending is possible".
Change of reservation (in the case of normal reservation)
After the reservation status is "Sending to the receiving hall" or "Receivable", you cannot change / cancel the reservation, make a series reservation (designated order), or cancel the group. Please contact the library directly.
1.Press [Change reservation details] in the book being reserved.
2.Change the reservation receiving hall / reservation contact method, etc., and press [Update].
3.Check the changes in "Reservation Information Change Confirmation" and press [Update].
4.When "Reservation information change result" is displayed, it is completed.
Change of reservation (in the case of order reservation)
Normally used when you want to change multiple materials that you have reserved to order designation reservation, or when you want to change the contents of order designation reservation.
Change from regular reservation to designated reservation
1.Please press [To designated order reservation] in "Reservation materials".
2.Check the materials you want to group in "Select reservation group" and press [Select order reservation].
3.Enter the <priority> of "Reservation in Collect" and press [Reservation in order].
4.Check the changes in "Confirm reservation integration" and press [Confirm reservation integration].
5.When "Reservation Integration Results" is displayed, it is completed.
Change in order designation reservation
Once the group of order designation reservations is canceled, then the order designation reservation is re-entered.
1.Press [Group Cancel] of the material for which you have made a series reservation (order specified) on the "Book in Reservation" screen.
2.Press [Unlock] on the [Unlock] screen.
3.When "Group Release Results" is displayed, the order specification cancellation is completed.
4.
I will make a reservation again.
Please refer to Series Reservation (Specification of Order) for order designation reservation.
Cancellation of reservation
1.From the "Book Reservation Book" screen, press [Reservation Cancellation] of the relevant material.
2.Check the contents on the "Reservation Cancellation Confirmation" screen and press [Reservation Cancellation].
3.When "Reservation cancellation result" is displayed, it is completed.
※Even if only some materials that have been booked (order specified) are canceled, series reservations (order specified) for materials that have not been canceled will continue.
Cancelled reservation
You can make a reservation once canceled.
You can also check the reservation materials canceled after the reservation deadline has expired.
You can see the cancellation reservation for about 3 months.
1.Press [Canceled Reservation List] on the "Books being Reserved" screen.
2.A list of canceled reservations is displayed, so press the title of the material you want to reserve to open the "Reservation Status Details" screen and you can check the outline of the material.
3.In addition, press the title to open "Document Details".
4.If you press [Reservation application] in "Document details", it will be added to "Reservation basket (Reservation application)".
