How to apply for a reservation

Reservation basket

The reservation is a system to register the materials you want to reserve. When making a reservation for materials on the Internet, register the materials in the reservation basket before making a reservation.

  • The reservation procedure has not been completed simply by registering the materials in the reservation basket.
  • Up to 30 books can be registered in the reserved basket. Up to 6 books can be reserved.
  • Materials that cannot be borrowed, such as materials that can only be viewed in the hall, cannot be registered. The registered materials will remain in the reservation basket even if you log out.
  • When you make the reservation process, the materials will be deleted from the reservation basket.
  • It is not possible to register materials already registered in the reservation basket.
    ※Materials currently reserved can be registered in the reservation basket, but reservation procedures cannot be made.

How to register materials in the reserved basket

1.Register in the reservation basket from the "Search Results List"

Select the check box for the material you want to register in the reservation basket and press [To reservation application]. (Multiple selections are possible.)
※If you press [Reservation application] without logging in, the login screen will be displayed.

2.Register in the reservation basket from "Additional Details"

If you press [Reservation application] on the "Material Details" screen, you can register the displayed materials in the reservation basket.

Log in and display "My Library". When you press [reservation basket], the registered materials will be displayed.

2.There is [Delete] at the bottom of the "Reservation basket" screen. If there is a material you want to delete from the reservation basket, select the check box of the material and press [Delete].

Normal reservation

1.Open the "Reservation basket" and select the reservation reception hall and reservation contact method from the top of the screen. You can choose from two types of reservation contact methods: unnecessary (confirm yourself) and email. In addition, the expiration date of the reservation can be set at any time.

2.Select the check box for the material you want to reserve (multiple selections are possible) and press [Reservation application] at the bottom of the screen.

3.You will be transferred to the "Reservation Confirmation" screen. Confirm the contents and press [Reservation].

Check the reservation details before applying.

4.When the "Reservation Result" screen is displayed, the reservation is completed.

Series reservation (sequence specified)

If you want to specify the order of the reserved materials and receive it, please make a reservation in order.

  • Secure the reserved materials in order from the one with the highest priority specified.
  • Other materials will not be secured until high-priority materials are secured.
  • It is not a system that allows you to receive multiple materials at once.

1.Log in and display the "Reservation basket", and at the top of the screen, specify the reservation reception hall and the reservation contact method. In addition, you can set a reservation deadline at any time.

2.Select the material you want to reserve in order and press [order designation reservation] at the bottom of the screen.

3.You will be transferred to the "Reservation" screen. Enter the reservation priority on the left side of the material and press [Reservation of order].

4.You will be transferred to the "Reservation Confirmation" screen. Confirm the contents and press [Reservation].

5.When the "Reservation Result" screen is displayed, the reservation is completed.

How to check the reservation status

1.After logging in to the online catalog page, press "My Library" at the top of the screen.

You can check the list of valid reservations by pressing [Books for reservation].

2.Click the title to open "Reservation Status Details" and you can check the details.

①Expiration date: It can be specified arbitrarily. After the expiration date, the reservation will be automatically deleted.

②Reservation status:

  • Reservation application: It will be displayed like this for a while after the reservation is entered.
  • Preparation: It is in a state of waiting for return. What is displayed in parentheses is the order.
  • Sending to the receiving hall: It is in a state other than the receiving hall where the reservation was made. Includes the state during delivery from the secured building to the receiving building.
  • Receivable: The materials with the reservation have been secured at the receiving building and can be borrowed.

③Deposit expiration date: When it becomes possible to borrow, the expiration date will be displayed. If "Email" is selected as the contact method, it will be displayed when the e-mail is sent, and if "Contact No" is selected, it will be displayed when the library becomes "Lendable" at the library.

Change of reservation (normal reservation)

After the reservation status becomes "secured" or "can be borrowed", the reservation cannot be changed, canceled, series reservation (specified order), or group cancellation. Please contact the library directly.

1.Press [Change Reservation Details] in "Books for Books".

2.Change the reservation reception hall, reservation contact method, etc., and press [Update].

3.Check the changes in "Reservation Information Change Confirmation" and press [Update].

4.When "Reservation information change result" is displayed.

Change of reservation (in the case of reservation in order)

Used when you want to change multiple materials normally reserved to designated order reservation, or when you want to change the contents of the order designation reservation.

1.Please press [To reservation in order] in "Materials for reservation".

2.Check the materials you want to group in "Reservation group selection" and press [Reservation in order].

3.Enter <priority> of "Reservation at once" and press [Reservation of order].

Specify the order on the reservation screen.

4.Check the changes in "Confirmation of Reservation Integration Details" and press [Reservation integration].

5.When the "Reservation integration result" is displayed.

After canceling the order reservation group once, make the order designation reservation again.
1.On the "Books for Reservation" screen, press [Canceled] of the material for which the series reservation (specified order) was made on the "Books for Reservation" screen.

2.Click [Release] on the "Unlock Group" screen.

Check the group and release it.

3.When the "Group Result" is displayed, the cancellation of the order specification is completed.

Cancellation of reservation

1.From the "Books for Reservation" screen, press [Cancellation cancellation] of the relevant material.

2.Confirm the contents on the "Reservation Cancellation Confirmation" screen and press [Cancellation cancellation].

3.When the "Reservation Cancellation Results" is displayed.

※Even if only some of the materials that have been reserved in series are canceled, the series reservation (sequence designation) for materials that have not been canceled will continue.

You can re-book a reservation that has been canceled once.
You can also check the reservation materials that have been canceled after the reservation period has expired.

1.Click [Registered Reservation List] on the "Books for Reservation" screen.

2.A list of canceled reservations will be displayed. Press the title of the material you want to reserve will open the "Reservation Status Details" screen and you can check the material summary.

3.If you press the title further, you will see "Document Details" button.

4.If you press [Reservation application] in "Document Details", it will be added to "Reservation basket (reservation application)".

Make a reservation again.
