If you lose your password on the online catalog page

To log in to the online catalog page, you need a user number (library card number) and password.

• User number (10-digit user number starting with 9)
• Password (Using at least one character, numbers, and symbols each of the characters from 8 to 15).

If you make a mistake in the password for 10 consecutive times, you may not be able to log in for 30 minutes even if you enter the correct password. If you are unable to log in after 30 minutes, please contact the library.

You can re-register from My Library.

You can reset your password after confirming your identity at the counter or telephone.
Please prepare your user number (library card number) at hand and consult us.

"Certification" Press [Forgot Password] at the bottom of the screen.

Please proceed to step 1 below.

1.Press <Reissue Password> in the menu on the left side of the online catalog page.

2.The "Password Issuance Application" screen will be displayed. Enter <User Number (Library Card Number)> and <E-mail>. (It is necessary to register an email address in advance.)

3.We will send you the procedure to the email address you entered.
Please access the URL of the email body and issue the password again.
