If you don't know the password on the online catalog page.

You will need your user number (library card number) and password to log in to the online catalog page.

• User number (10-digit User number starting from 9)
• Password (use at least one character for each of the 8 to 15 strings set arbitrarily, alphabetical characters, numbers and symbols)

If you mistake your password for 10 consecutive times, you may not be able to log in for 30 minutes even if you enter the correct password. If you are unable to log in after more than 30 minutes, please contact the library.

You can re-register from the My Library.

You can reset your password after confirming your identity at the counter or telephone.
Please have your user number (library card number) at hand and consult us.

"Authentication" Press [Forgot Password] at the bottom of the screen.

Please proceed to step 1 below.

1.Press [Reissue Password] on the left side of the online catalog page.

2.The "Application for Password Issuance" screen will be displayed. Enter <User Number (Library Card Number)> and <E-mail>, and press [Application]. (You need to register your email address in advance.)

3.We will send you the procedure to the e-mail address you entered.
Please access the URL in the email body and perform the procedure for issuing the password again.
