How to set and change user information

You can change your password and register or change your email address on the online catalog page. In addition, you can set the reservation reception hall, reservation contact method, return deadline notice, etc. in advance.

Precautions for those who have registered users online

For those who have registered online via the online catalog page, the address entered when applying for registration is set.
If you would like to receive reservation-related e-mails, etc., please change the user information from [Settings] of user information. Please refer to the following procedure for setting.
※If you do not set a reservation-related mail delivery destination, you will not be able to set the library agency as the receiving location of the reservation.
Also, you will not be able to select "Email" in the reservation contact method.

Procedure for setting and changing user information

1.After logging in, open "My Library" and press [Settings] of user information.

2.The "Change User Information" screen will be displayed.

For an explanation of each item of "User Information", see About each item of user information.

3.Enter and set only the items you want to register or change on the "Change User Information" screen.

Items that are not registered or changed will not be changed unless they are entered. After entering, press [Update].
※The screen is an example of an email registration.

4.The "User Information Change Confirm" screen will be displayed.

Check the changes, and if there is no error, press [Update]. If there is an error, press [Correction] to return to the change screen.

5.The information on which the application has been accepted is displayed in the "User Information Change Results", and the change is completed.

①Password change

You can change your password.

Current password: Enter your current password.
New Password: Please enter your new password.
Confirm password: Please enter your new password again.

※The password must be 8 to 15 characters, and use at least one alphanumeric characters, numbers and symbols. (Uppercase and lowercase letters are also distinguished.)
※You can't enter a space.
※Can be used.

②Registration/Change Email Address

You can register up to two e-mail addresses of your personal computer (own PC) and mobile phone.

③Registration completed email delivery address

We will send you when you receive a change regarding registration.
If you wish, please check the address you want to send the e-mail from "Home PC" and "Mobile".

④Reservation-related mail delivery destination

You can set an email address to be notified when the book is ready.
Check the address you want to send the e-mail from "Home PC" and "Mobile".

⑤New arrival mail delivery destination

We will send you an email about the new materials.
If you wish, press the [Delivery] radio button. Check the address you want to send the e-mail from "Home PC" and "Mobile".

⑥Notification of return deadline

We will send you a notification email when the return deadline is approaching.
If you wish, press the [Delivery] radio button. Check the address you want to send the e-mail from "Home PC" and "Mobile", and select how many days in advance to send it from the pull-down.

⑦Reservation reception hall

You can set the initial value of the receiving location of the booked material.
If you set a reservation reception hall in advance, you do not need to set each time you make a reservation. If you want to change the receiving hall only for a specific reservation, you can change it at the time of booking.

⑧Reservation contact methodYou can select the contact method when the reserved materials are ready.
If you want to change the contact method only for a specific reservation, you can change it at the time of booking.
⑨Loan history

You can leave the history of the materials you borrowed.
If you have left a history, please check [Save].

※Those borrowed after checking by yourself are eligible. (It takes about 5 minutes for the change to be reflected.)
You can see the history in "Materials that have been borrowed" the day after borrowing.

※The loan history can be displayed up to 1000 books. You can delete unwanted data by yourself. In addition, you can stop storing history at any time.
When canceling, uncheck [Leave] and be sure to press [Update].

※The "Lending History" service is a function that can be used only by the user himself. Libraries cannot see past loan records.
