It is located in Children and Families Support Division in each ward with the aim of appropriately linking the needs of parents with childcare services.

At the ward office window or telephone, we will provide information such as childcare services that meet individual needs in consultation with parents who wish to take care of childcare. There are some wards that provide consultation outside of the counter, such as local child care support bases and infant health checkup venues.

For families who have not been able to enter (pending) as a result of applying for a nursery school, the childcare and education concierge will contact you after-sales follow-up. We will provide information on alternative childcare facilities, etc., while confirming the childcare situation and intentions at that time by telephone etc.
(Note) If you can not enter, you may not be able to contact us if you know the schedule of your child's deposit in the application form.
