• If you do not receive an e-mail within 2 days prior to the desired date of consultation (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact Tsurumi Ward Children and Families Support Division childcare staff.
• If it becomes inconvenient, please cancel from My Page of the electronic application and notification system.

Oh How to proceed with online consultation

• When the date and time of the reservation is reached, we will start online consultation via Zoom. Please pay attention to the noise and background, and prepare the usage environment.
• It is recommended to use earphones (headsets) with microphones.
• Please turn on the app's camera, microphone, and speaker for consultation.
• When the consultation is completed, the line will be automatically disconnected.
• Recording, recording, and distribution of the consultation screen are strictly prohibited.

• The personal information provided at the time of consultation reservation will not be used for any purpose other than consultation and communication by the childcare and education concierge. Parents may be contacted at a later date for the purpose of providing information on childcare services and understanding the current situation.
• Expenses related to the Internet connection at the time of online consultation will be borne by you. Also, in the case of poor communication environment, etc., we may switch to telephone consultation.
