The Childcare and Education Concierge provides information on childcare services such as temporary custody services and kindergarten custody, in addition to licensed nursery schools, in response to consultations with parents regarding where preschool children are deposited.
It is located in the Children and Families Support Division of each ward with the aim of properly linking parents' needs with childcare services, etc., and provides information on nursery schools and kindergarten services so that you can find the best deposit for each family.

Oh Consultation date: Month to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
Oh Consultation time: 30 minutes per session
Oh Consultation method: You can choose from face-to-face consultation, telephone consultation, and online consultation at the counter.
Oh Reservation method: Please make a reservation from the electronic application and notification system.
※If it is difficult to make a reservation from the electronic application and notification system, we will accept it by phone (childcare and education concierge 045-341-1150).

• Please download the "Zoom" application to your smartphone or computer with a camera in advance.

Oh Flow after booking

• We will send you the date and time of the consultation and the "Zoom" meeting ID and passcode to the registered email address. Please do not provide the meeting ID and passcode to third parties.
• If you do not receive an e-mail within 2 days prior to the desired date of consultation (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact Minami Ward Children and Families Support Division childcare staff.
• If it becomes inconvenient, please cancel from My Page of the electronic application and notification system.

Oh How to proceed with online consultation

• When the date and time of the reservation is reached, we will start online consultation using "Zoom". Please pay attention to the noise and background, and prepare the usage environment.
• It is recommended to use earphones (headsets) with microphones.
• Please turn on the app's camera, microphone, and speaker for consultation.
• When the consultation is completed, the line will be automatically disconnected.
• Recording, recording, and distribution of the consultation screen are strictly prohibited.

• The personal information provided at the time of consultation reservation will not be used for any purpose other than consultation and communication by the childcare and education concierge. Parents may be contacted at a later date for the purpose of providing information on childcare services and understanding the current situation.
• Expenses related to the Internet connection at the time of online consultation will be borne by you. Also, in the case of poor communication environment, etc., we may switch to telephone consultation.
• Please note that Minami Ward will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by using the web conferencing app Zoom.
