What is the childcare and education concierge?

The childcare and education concierge is located in the Children and Families Support Division of each ward with the aim of properly linking the needs of parents with childcare services.
In response to consultations on where preschool children are deposited, we provide information on childcare services such as Yokohama nursery rooms, temporary custody business, and kindergarten custody childcare, in addition to licensed nursery schools.

Group briefing sessions and individual consultations

Every year, we hold briefings and consultations by the childcare and education concierge at Doroppu Satellite, a local childcare support center in Kohoku Ward.

For groups, we will explain basic knowledge about childcare services and the flow of application.

※The briefing will be the same for each time. Please participate in each family and up to one time.

To cancel or change your reservation, please complete the procedure from My Page at least one day before the reservation date.
For cancellations on the day, please call Kohoku Ward Children and Families Support Division Childcare Section (Tel: 045-540-2280).
If your reservation is full, please come to the counter normally or check by phone.
