What is the childcare and education concierge?
The Childcare and Education Concierge provides information on childcare services such as childcare services such as temporary custody services and kindergarten custody, in addition to licensed nursery schools, in response to consultations with parents regarding where to leave preschool children.

It refers to licensed nursery schools, small-scale childcare business, home-based childcare business, Yokohama nursery room, certified child institution, private kindergarten custody childcare, temporary childcare, infant temporary custody, etc.
About childcare, education concierge consultation
Oh Consultation date: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding holidays)
Oh Consultation time: Approx. 45 minutes per session (9:30 to / 10:30 ~/14:00 ~/15:00 ~/16:00 ~)
Oh Consultation method: Face-to-face consultation at the counter (Children and Families Support Division 210, 2nd floor, Izumi Ward Office)
Oh Consultation reservation: WEB (electronic application / notification system) or telephone (045-800-2413)

Oh Reservation for Concierge Consultation (May) (outside site)
※We will start accepting applications for the following month from the 15th of each month.
