　About consultation reservation from August, 2024, we came to have you make a reservation from "Yokohama-shi child care support application" Pamatoko "(web version)" (outside site) which started distribution on July 1.
　※You need to register an account in order to use "Pamatoco".　
　※Reservation acceptance by the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System will be closed.
　Regarding the consultation for July, we are very sorry, but we have stopped accepting reservations because the concierge is difficult. For this reason, consultation regarding the use of nursery schools, etc., the staff in charge of childcare will respond directly without reservation.
　If you would like to consult, please come to Children and Families Support Division 210 on the second floor of the Izumi Ward Office.

The Childcare and Education Concierge provides information on childcare services such as childcare services such as temporary custody services and kindergarten custody, in addition to licensed nursery schools, in response to consultations with parents regarding where to leave preschool children.
