Kanagawa provides information on work and employment to doctors aiming to become palliative care physicians in Kanagawa Prefecture with the aim of equalizing high-quality professional palliative care throughout Kanagawa Prefecture and satisfying palliative care physicians. We hold a palliative care doctor career path briefing session.

What is cancer palliative care?
This is a way of thinking in which cancer patients and their families relieve pain and pain in the body and mind, and value their lives and their personality.
Palliative care is performed not only after the cancer progresses, but also as needed from the time the cancer is diagnosed.
You can also receive it in any situation, regardless of whether you are treating cancer, whether you are hospitalized, outpatient, or home medical care.

It is a leaflet that can be used by patients, families and medical staff to organize and confirm treatment and life.

- The checklist is used by patients and their families to discuss future treatment and recuperation.
- It is used to share information with medical staff such as family doctor and to deepen mutual awareness of treatment and recuperation.
There are various ways to use it.
The communication tool should be printed on A3 paper, short edge binding and both sides, and folded in half.
