Yamashita-Futo

Yamashita-Futo began landfilling in 1953 (1953) and was completed as a wharf for foreign trade. It played an important role as the main wharf supporting Yokohama Port during the high-growth period of the Showa 30s and 1940s. There are many sheds and warehouses, and in recent years it has been a logistics function that complements major wharfs such as Honmoku Pier.
Taking advantage of its excellent location characteristics, we are working on redevelopment to create a new bustling base in the city's coastal area.
