Operation Manual for Opening of Izumi Ward evacuation shelter
This is a manual template that can describe the contents according to the actual situation of each site. It is possible to clarify the rules determined for each base, such as the timeline that shows the actions in the event of a disaster in chronological order and specific measures for toilets. By preparing a manual, it is possible to take over when officers are replaced, etc., and the efforts can be sustained.

Izumi Ward evacuation shelter Training Guidelines
In order to minimize confusion in the event of a large-scale earthquake and to open the evacuation shelter smoothly, it is important to have a concrete image of the flow up to commentary so that anyone in the Steering Committee can attend.
We conducted training focused on preparing for the establishment of bases and accepting evacuees. Based on the results, we prepared training guidelines so that each evacuation shelter could lead to manual development. Please use it as a reference for conducting training according to the actual situation of each steering committee.
