What is the community support Promotion Program?

In the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, approximately 30% of people helped by local residents (*), and helping each other in the region (community support) played a major role in saving lives.
The community support Promotion Program is designed to help local disaster prevention organizations (such as Neighborhood Associations Neighborhood Association) think about community supportcommunity support through training and experience and develop systems.
Let's start what we can do to reduce human damage in the event of a large-scale disaster.

※Approximately 70% of rescue by themselves or by family members, and less than 2% of rescue by public institutions such as fire departments and police.
