Disaster Prevention dispatch lecture/off site lecture

The Izumi Ward Office supports local residents' disaster prevention efforts, including efforts to support people requiring assistance during disasters. We hold seminars in response to requests from local communities, such as disaster prevention workshops and disaster prevention dispatch lecture/off site lecture. Please take advantage of it.

(1)　Main Course contents

★Support for people requiring assistance during a disaster	We will introduce the necessity of support for people requiring assistance in the event of a disaster, examples of efforts to support people requiring assistance, and how to grasp those who need assistance. It is recommended for Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations who wants to start working in the future, or for Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations who doesn't know how to do it.
★Disaster Prevention Course	This is a lecture on how to prepare for earthquakes. Introducing disaster prevention initiatives that can be done at home on a daily basis and ensuring personal safety when a disaster occurs.
Support for walking in disaster prevention	Walk around the town to check and find dangerous or useful things during a disaster. Drop these on the map By sharing this information, we will discover safe evacuation routes, useful in the event of a disaster, and local issues.
Support for DIG (Disaster Map Training)	DIG is a disaster prevention game that all participants think and share, such as "understanding the area where they live" and "estimating damage that will occur in the area" through writing on a map, assuming the time of a disaster.

Lending of disaster drilling equipment

We lend equipment for disaster drills to support local residents in disaster prevention and reduce disaster damage. Please use this product in disaster drill etc. organized by Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations in Izumi Ward.

You will receive training equipment at the Izumi Ward Office on the day of lending.

We will return the training equipment to the Izumi Ward Office on the date of return.

　　※Please borrow and return from 8:45 to 16:30 on weekdays.
　　※The application should be carried out by the applicant.
　　※In some cases, we may not be able to meet your request, such as when a reservation from another group is made on the desired date.

(3)　Other considerations

・When conducting training using materials and equipment, take thorough measures to prevent accidents.
・Please manage equipment and materials (including parts, etc.) so that they do not lose them.
